My steps didn't count
Grinda uses the total that Apple Health shows. Open Health › Steps and check the day. If your watch or tracker synced late, Grinda waits 3 hours after midnight before settling. If a verified sync problem caused a miss, email us within 48 hours and we'll fix it.
When do I get my money back?
Races of 5 days or fewer are a hold on your card: it's released when the race settles, and nothing is charged. Longer races are refunded in full automatically when they settle. Banks usually show the refund within 1–5 days.
How do I connect Garmin, Fitbit or Oura?
Let your tracker's app share steps with Apple Health. Grinda reads from Health, so they count automatically.
